Track market share across all service lines to measure the effectiveness of physician outreach efforts.
The Growth Report tracks your market share by specialty and service line over the course of three TTMs (Trailing Twelve Months). The market share is based on the visits that the providers sent to other organizations with similar classifications as your organization. Identify in Tab 3 and Tab 4 the specialties and service lines with stagnant or declining market share. In Tab 5, identify physicians who are opportunities to grow market share and volume. These physicians split their services between your organization and other similar organizations, only sending 25% to 75% of their visits to your organization.
The Telehealth Analysis looks at the trend in telehealth usage for a specific CBSA. It also shows the top organizations billing telehealth codes in the market and what codes are being billed.
Monthly Trends. Use this tab to see the monthly trends in total telehealth patients, PCP/Urgent Care patients, and Emergency E&M patients in your area and compare to your organization.
Top Organizations. View the organizations in your CBSA that are billing telehealth codes. Filters can be used to see the organizations by specialty and/or to see the top organizations by telehealth HCPCS code.
Billing Codes. This tab shows the top telehealth HCPCS codes being billing by organizations in your CBSA. The filters can be used to see the top codes by organization specialty. Is your organization using all of these codes?
The Out-Migration Report tracks your patients and quantifies the visits performed at other organizations within 30 days after their visit to your organization.
Patients by Organization. Tab 3 shows you which organizations by classification saw patients up to 30 days after their visit to your organization.
Patients by HCPCS Service Line. Tab 4 quantifies the numbers of patients, visits, procedures, and charges by HCPCS service line prior to their visit to your organization. Then use the pivot table to dive deeper to see which procedures these patients received before their visit.
Patients by ICD-10 Service Line. Tab 5 quantifies the numbers of patients, visits, procedures, and charges by ICD10 service line their visit to your organization. Then use the right pivot table to dive deeper to see which procedures these patients received after their visit to you.
The 90-Day Share of Care Post Encounter Report analyzes the visits that patients from your organization had up to 90 days after seeing one of your physicians.
Use the following Top Physician, Top Organization, and Top Procedure Code tabs to determine the most frequent patterns of your organizations patients after they visit your organization. Select the different pivot tables to determine which specific procedures and specialties patients visit after having a visit with your loyal physicians. This report will help you strengthen strategic relationships and give you insights into possible merger and acquisition opportunities.
Finally, use the raw data tabs to help determine which specific providers are getting visits for specific HCPCS codes.

Service Line Summary. Tab 3 shows the top service lines seen by the patients who are under the care of your primary care physicians.
Billing Providers by Service Line. Tab 4 shows the top billing providers of your patients who see your primary care physicians. Use the pivot to see the top billing providers by service line.
Rendering Providers by Service Line. Tab 5 shows the top rendering providers of care to your patients who see your primary care physicians. Use the rendering pivot to see if they are seeing specialty physicians who are not yours.
Track monthly changes in market share by service lines / specialties and identify the number and value of referrals for every provider in your market.
Market Share by Specialty. This tab shows your market share by service line for a given TTM (Trailing Twelve Months). The market share is based on the visits your organization received versus what the providers sent to other organizations with similar classifications. The scale ranges from dark red (low) to dark blue (high).

Shared Visits by Physicians. This tab details the relationships that your organization has with all physicians, detailing the raw numbers of shared visits to your organization, shared visits to other similar organizations, the resulting percentage to your organization, and total charges for all relationships.

The Shared Visits Report details the relationships between your organization and other NPIs. The data can also be used to determine the top relationships your organization has within certain specialties.
Shared Visits by Organization. This view shows the raw numbers of shared visits and unique patients from specific NPIs to your organization, and vice versa, helping you understand where mutually beneficial relationships with pre- and post-acute care facilities and physicians can be developed.
Shared Visits by Specialty. This tab is sorted by specialty and shows the total visits, unique patients and same day visits from both a pre- and post-acute viewpoint.
Visualize Shared Visits. This view shows a graphical representation of the numbers of shared visits by specialty, detailed above. With the primary organization shown as the blue vertical bar in the middle, the volumes of shared visits referred to the organization are on the left, with those referrals from the organization on the right. The size of each wave is scaled by referral volume.
