We are looking for a Product Manager to be responsible for driving our SaaS and DaaS product utilization and subscription revenue and retention. Reporting to the CPO, you will collaborate with the leadership, sales and marketing and development teams. Most importantly, you will engage customers and prospects to validate and refine product roadmaps and delivery cycles that achieve growth goals. You will be responsible for requirements, sprint planning, sprint performance, deployments and adoption working across all disciplines. You will be a subject matter expert and work to evangelize the customer value and usage of Perception Health’s products and services. You will own and connect the dots across the “voice of the market” and the technology team and ensure problems to solve and jobs to be done are well validated before investments in product development begin. You will be responsible for persona development and customer journeys, quantification and qualification of problems and expected value from new product capabilities. You will have a technical and automation slant in solving problems but balance that with the user experience to ensure optimal adoption and usage of the software and data services.
Significantly contribute to Perception Health’s overall product roadmap and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to help ensure achievement of revenue growth and saved lives goals.
Adopt and align efforts to an end-to-end, data-driven product management framework and toolset that provide clear visibility to product deliverables, schedules and results (adoption and business impact).
Collaborate with and set priority with the executive team and CPO product roadmap and deliverables. Serve and support the company’s product engineering team by way of clear business needs, data needs, and functional requirements necessary to develop new features that provide customer insights using agile methodologies.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure clear articulation of our value proposition. Directly represents the company in sales cycles as required.
Develop a Customer Success program to teach our customers how to elegantly use our products to solve their problems, accelerating their time to value and improving customer loyalty.
Proactively and regularly engage customers, prospects and thought leaders to refine the problems to be solved and the jobs to be done with an eye on quantified benefits and delivery time/cost/complexity.
Develop solutions with mindfulness on adoption barriers and dynamics to overcome in gaining successful outcomes with customers who become product evangelists.
Be the expert on target markets & buyers; Who they are, needs and buying criteria.
Be the expert on our competition and how they are positioned / differentiated.
Ensure a culture of coding and quality testing that produces a clear reputation for SaaS and DaaS product reliability and performance not just capabilities and features.
A minimum of 5 years of product management leadership demonstrating a track record of success in conducting and leading a well-defined, business-centric product management process and operation.
Has successfully scaled and supported an enterprise class SaaS/cloud solution through growth phases to exceed revenue targets in a B2B healthcare market. Familiarity with big data and exposure to DaaS solutions preferred.
High levels of intellectual curiosity and understanding to break down customer issues and work relentlessly to solve them through software solutions and ecosystems.
Has a proven ability to establish and maintain effective, respectful and trusting relationships with clients, consumers and colleagues representing varying needs, personalities and styles.
Innovative and strategic thinker with exceptional communications skills. Must be capable of “listening to learn and being a team advocate as well as assertively voicing opinions and ideas in the spirit of challenging and improving the organization and its products and services as measured by revenue growth and/or profitability.
A strong technical acumen and experience working with development and software engineering teams is required.
Experience with JIRA or similar work task breakdown software and workflow systems for agile sprint grooming and tracking
Strong office software skills (e.g., MS Office or Google Suite) required.
